Antimony Mercaptide

Product introduction

    PWX-3A, developed on the basis of original antimony mercaptide by our company, is a heat stabilizer specially used in production of PVC transparent hard products and semi-hard products, boasting sustained heat stability, good compatibility with PVC resin and good transparency. Secondly it also features non-toxic, less odor, no pollution, no migration and no frost. It has suitable lubricity, which especially is suitable for production technology of new type double-screw extruder. It is easy to use during processing and has good synergistic effect with organotin compound. For its low price, it can low the cost notably and is an ideal substitute for organotin.

Hygiene and safety performance

    According to Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics, the acute oral toxicity is LD50>5000mg/kg·bw. According to the grading standard of acute oral toxicity test, the product is virtually non-toxic.

Purpose and using amount

Used for various molding technology as calendaring, blow molding, extruding and injection of chloroalkene resin and non-toxic PVC products; widely used for PVC transparent sheet, heat shrink film, transparent crystal shoes, sealing strip of refrigerator and water supply tubing.

The recommended using amount is reference amount of 1.10-1.14 for every 100-resin.

Attention

Keep away from strong light and water;

Do not use together with stabilizers of lead and cadmium categories;

This product has good synergistic effect with metallic soap as Ca and Zn and organotin stabilizer.

The PWX series product has very good self-lubricating function; you can adjust the using amount of lubricant during processing.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged by plastic-coating iron barrel or plastic package barrel with net weight of 220 kg for each barrel. We can also package the products according to the users’ requirements. Keep in dry, well-ventilated and dark warehouse. Quality guarantee period is one year as from production date. This product is not inflammable and explosive hazardous article and can be transported as general cargo.
